Need help signing in?

Most sign-in problems are a forgotten password. If that isn't yours, the answers below cover the rest.

Quick answers

My email address isn't recognised

Accounts are created by an administrator in your organisation, not on this screen. Ask them to add you under Users in the portal, and to check the email address matches exactly the one you're typing here.

Who is my Connect administrator?

Usually whoever set up Connect for your organisation — they manage accounts, roles and business units. If you don't know who that is, or you still can't get in, email TechnicalSupport@Crowcon.com with your organisation name and the email address you want to sign in with.

I've forgotten my password

Choose Forgot password and enter your email. We'll send you a 6-digit code, and once you've entered it you can choose a new password.

Reset your password

Why am I being asked for a code?

It's two-step verification. If it's turned on for your account, a one-time code from your authenticator app confirms it's really you after your password.

Is this the same account as the Companion App?

Yes — one Crowcon account covers the Connect Portal and the Companion App. If your sign-in works in one of them it works here too, which makes it a useful thing to test against.

I can sign in, but I see no data

Your account is working — there's just nothing uploaded yet. Data reaches Connect from your detectors, so use the Crowcon Companion app to upload from your devices and it will appear in the portal once synced.

Where's the full user guide?

Inside the portal, under Help — a searchable guide to devices, calibration, operators and reporting, with screenshots. It needs you signed in, so it can't help with this screen, but it's the place to start once you're through.
